We can accept many types of artwork formats using different types of programmes.

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Draw.

Vector graphic images ( EPS, AI, CDR) should be saved with all fonts CONVERTED TO OUTLINE. Please note that saving a Jpeg or a Gif file as an Eps does not automatically turn it into a vector graphic.

We will accept TIFF and JPEG files provided they are good quality and of a high resolution.

Please note Low Resolution JPEGS or GIFS are not acceptable. They may be used for Digital printing however, to ensure best results, the images must be of high resolution. Please see example image.

You can email us artwork or save it onto CD or Memory Stick (please include any other files used to create your artwork and, remember, either include all fonts or 'CONVERT TO OUTLINE')
If you cannot send artwork in a digital format it is sometimes possible for us to scan a bromide or letterhead.

Faxes and photocopies are not good enough to used as they can tend to be poor in quality.

Standard type setting carries no charge though some amendments to artwork could add an additional charge especially if we have to redraw it.
